Quiet questions
Things we’d ask, if we were you.
How long does dispatch take?
Most orders are made and dispatched within 24 hours. After that, Royal Mail typically delivers across the UK in 2–3 working days.
Are you the same shop from Etsy?
Yes. Titan Forge Industries has been selling on Etsy for a while - this is our direct storefront under the Titan Forge Initiative brand, built after serving hundreds of customers there. We're rated 4.9/5 by those Etsy buyers.
Are your products 3D printed?
Yes. Each product is made using additive manufacturing (3D printing) in our London workshop. It lets us make one item at a time in whatever colour you pick, with no warehouse stock.
What material do you use?
100% recycled PETG filament made from reclaimed plastic. It's an engineering-grade polyester - stiffer and more temperature-resistant than standard PLA, and made from recyclable PETG-based material where suitable recycling is available. Hand-wash only; not suitable for dishwashers, high heat, or prolonged direct sunlight.
Can I request a custom size or colour?
Often yes. Because we make each product ourselves, we can adjust dimensions, pick colours outside the listed set, or tweak layouts. Email us before ordering and we'll tell you what's possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us and we'll remake it or refund it, your choice. One advantage of on-demand manufacturing is that replacements cost us the same as originals - there's no warehouse to restock from.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. We ship to Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy and the United States today. More countries follow as demand justifies it.
Is it dishwasher-safe? Food-safe?
Indoor use is recommended. The material is hand-wash only and not intended for direct food contact at this time. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
Are your pill organisers medical devices?
No. Our pill organisers are storage products only and are not medical devices. They're designed to make day-to-day medication routines easier, but you should always follow medication guidance from your pharmacist or clinician.
Still unsure? Email us. A real person in our London workshop will get back to you.
