1. Who we are

2. The contract
Our product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. A contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline any order for any lawful reason (for example, if a product is no longer available or a pricing error is obvious).
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken via Stripe at the moment you confirm the order.
- If a price is obviously wrong (e.g. a £0.01 listing for a £50 product), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Made to order
Most products are made to order after you pay - we don't hold stock. This means we start using materials and machine time as soon as the order is confirmed. Dispatch typically happens within 24–48 hours, but may occasionally take longer during busy periods or when a custom specification is involved.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are shown on our shipping page. Estimates are just that - estimates - and we can't control carrier delays once your order leaves the workshop.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but you haven't received it, please get in touch within 14 days.
6. Cancellation and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most distance purchases within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. The full mechanics are on our returns page.
Exception: goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised (e.g. custom sizes, custom colours outside our standard list, engraved or bespoke layouts agreed with you) are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel. We will always tell you before you pay if your order falls into this category. Your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as described are unaffected.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, tell us within a reasonable time and we'll either remake it or refund you - your choice. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Our liability
We don't exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be excluded by UK law. Subject to that, our total liability for any one order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
Our products are storage and everyday-use items. They are not medical devices, not dishwasher-safe unless we say otherwise, and not intended for direct food contact. Please read the material notes on each product page.
9. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one that was live when you placed it.
