Who we are
Titan Forge Industries Ltd (company no. 16670159), registered at 2 Taylor Place, London, England, E3 2PJ, trading as the Titan Forge Initiative (“we”, “us”, “our”), is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
What we collect
- Order information - your name, delivery address, email address, and the items you ordered.
- Payment information - processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Correspondence - if you email us, we retain the message to answer and follow up.
- Review content - if you leave a review via the link we email after dispatch, we keep the rating, text, and the first name or handle you choose to display.
- Basic technical data - pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, used only to keep the site running and to spot abuse.
Why we collect it
- To fulfil your order (lawful basis: contract). We can't ship without a name and address.
- To send order updates and a review invitation (lawful basis: legitimate interests - post-purchase communication expected by a reasonable buyer).
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, and consumer-protection record-keeping).
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
Only the people who help us deliver your order:
- Stripe - payment processing.
- Royal Mail and other carriers - delivery of your order.
- Google Workspace - our email provider (replies and outgoing mail).
- Railway - the hosting platform this site runs on.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Order records: 6 years, as HMRC requires.
- Email correspondence: up to 2 years after the last message.
- Published reviews: indefinitely, unless you ask us to remove yours.
- Technical logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your data, subject to the retention obligations above (we can't delete historical order records that HMRC requires us to keep).
- Stop using your data for a particular purpose.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in as an admin and to remember the contents of your cart. We do not currently use any analytics or advertising cookies, so no banner is required under PECR. If this ever changes, we will ask for your consent before setting them.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please get in touch so we can try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
