Dispatch time
Most orders are made and dispatched within 24–48 hours of the order being placed. Larger or customised orders can take a few days longer; we'll let you know if that applies to your order.
Delivery times
These are typical post-dispatch estimates, not guarantees - the carrier owns the final mile.
- United Kingdom - 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Republic of Ireland - 3–5 working days.
- Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy) - 4–7 working days.
- United States - 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs
- United Kingdom – free on every order, no minimum, via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Everywhere else – flat £6.99, no matter the destination or basket size.
You pick your region on the cart page; the total you see there is exactly what you'll pay at checkout. No surprise handling fees.
Tracking
We'll send you a dispatch email with a tracking reference as soon as your parcel is with the carrier. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder before getting in touch.
Where we don't (yet) ship
We add new destinations as demand justifies it. If your country isn't on the list at checkout, email hello@forgeinitiative.co.uk and we'll tell you whether we can arrange it.
Customs and import duties
For orders outside the UK, local customs fees, import duties, or VAT may apply on arrival. These are set by your country, not us, and are your responsibility. We don't mark parcels as “gift” or under-declare their value.
Lost or delayed parcels
Carriers occasionally lose or delay parcels. If your order hasn't arrived a reasonable time after the tracking suggests it should have, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the parcel's confirmed lost, we'll remake or refund, your choice.
